Meeting facilities include four large rooms and three small breakout rooms for a total area of 8,000 sq/ft. All buildings including the hotel rooms and onsite condominiums are equipped with high speed internet capacity. There is also excellent cell phone coverage throughout the resort.
The Madawaska Room, named after the historically important river that weaves its way through the valley, provides panoramic views of both the mountain and the lake. A gorgeous gas fireplace anchors the room and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Black Donald’s Room congers up memories of local world famous graphite mines. Located on the top floor of the ski lodge, 25 foot floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular views of the mountain. An adjoining terrace provides an additional area for your reception.

Algonquin Hall, located at the base of Dickson Mountain, offers a majestic reception venue floodlit with natural light. This grand reception hall can be combined with The Annex for additional meeting/event space.

The Annex is the newest addition to the Calabogie Peaks Resort. Large windows bask the room in natural light and allow for a wonderful view of the mountain. This room may be combined with Algonquin Hall for additional meeting/event space.
